Incredible view, amazing apartment, and very helpful staff! I thourouhgly enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at this contemporary villa in Heights 3 was perfect. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Being so close to Lourinhã (just a 3-minute drive) made exploring the town easy and enjoyable. The beach proximity and the top-rated clubhouse restaurant on-site were the cherries on top together with the heated pool. Highly recommend!

As a solo traveler, settling into a new country can be overwhelming — but staying at this apartment made the transition effortless. Not only is it beautifully furnished and fully equiped, the managing agents were outstanding from day one: attentive, welcoming, and always just a message away. It made all the difference knowing I had reliable support nearby. On top of that, the peaceful setting was perfect for my remote work routine. We spent two wonderful weeks in this amazing apartment. The location is great and the view spectacular. The beach (Praia da Peralta) is very close and the sunset is different every day. The apartment itself has a great layout and has all the amenities that make it almost impossible not to enjoy your stay. The entire system (Heights III) and the neighboring system (Height II) have a modern design and are beautifully embedded in the environment. We can also unreservedly recommend a visit to the facility's clubhouse. The service is very friendly and professional and the food is excellent. 

We would especially like to thank Ana. She always (even during the preparation of our stay) had an open ear for our questions and always responded to our concerns quickly and easily on site.

We stay in 16H and we loved it so much we bought a unit just a few doors down! This place is a magical community and Raj and Roopali make it a special place to both visit and live! Can't recommend this place enough!
